How do I know if I’m eligible for the rebate?

To be eligible for the rebate, you must purchase a qualifying product(s) from a valid U.S. retailer between the promotion dates listed on the official rebate form.

Can I combine with other rebate offers?

Please reference your official rebate form, as some of our rebate offers cannot be combined with any other rebate offers. Please, reference your official rebate form for complete details.

Are there specific retailers that are not eligible for the offer?

Some offers are only valid with select retailers; please refer back to the official rebate form for a list of qualified retailers.

Is there a specific number of products I need to purchase to be eligible for the offer?

Each rebate offer can vary on the number of valid products that are required to be eligible for the offer. This information can be located at the top of the official rebate form, above the valid products / models.

1 or more of the products / models that I purchased are not listed on the rebate form I received. What do I do now?

Our rebate offers are product / model specific. If the rebate form you received does not have your product / model listed it may not be eligible for a rebate. If your product / model is not listed on the official rebate form it will not be honored.

Can I mail all of my rebate submissions in the same envelope?

No. In order for the rebates to be processed correctly each must be mailed individually.

Where do I mail the rebate?

If you completed your submission online, uploaded your receipt(s), nothing further is needed. If you are mailing in your submission the mail-to address is included on the official rebate form. Please keep a copy of all submitted materials for your records.

When is my submission due?

You must submit your request online or via mail by the postmark date noted on your official rebate form. Requests mailed or submitted online after the last eligible postmark date will not be honored.

What information do I need to submit for my rebate?

All information needed to complete your request is listed below as well as on the official rebate form.

  1. Completed rebate form or submission form online or via mail
  2. Legible copy of your dated sales receipt, it must include:
    1. Date of purchase
    2. Product(s) purchased
    3. Purchase price
    4. Retailer name
    5. If submitting for an installation and / or delivery offer your receipt(s) must include the installation and / or delivery charge
  3. Serial number(s) for your rebate eligible appliances
How many rebates can I submit?

Customers are eligible for one rebate per household (two rebates per household in Rhode Island) during the promotional period. Our rebate offers also have a limit of one model per appliance type. Multiple sales to apartments, builders, condominiums, subdivisions and wholesalers do not qualify.

Where do I locate my serial number(s)?

The easiest place to find your serial number(s) for the appliance(s) you purchased is right on your product registration card. The product registration card is included with your appliance paperwork, typically inside a plastic bag within your appliance box along with your owner’s manual. If you have already mailed your product registration card see below for where they can be located on the appliance.

  • Washers / Dryers: Inside the door on rim
  • Ovens / Microwaves / Dishwashers: Inside the door on rim
  • Hoods / Vents: Front inside on the edge
  • Fridges / Wine Cellars: Inside on the wall
  • Cooktops: Underside of unit, beneath the burners, inside the burner box or on the back of the unit
  • Laundry Pedestals: bottom front edge of frame or on the right side of the drawer
How do I submit for the rebate?

Simply complete the online submission process, found on this website or mail-in the official rebate form with all required materials to the address listed on the official rebate form. Please keep a copy of all submitted materials for your records.

What if I do not have my serial number(s)?

Do not wait for your appliance delivery to submit your rebate; you must submit your request (without the serial number(s)) by the postmark date indicated on the official rebate form. Once submitted, you will have an additional 60 days from the postmark date of the offer to supply.

Once you receive your serial number(s) you can return to this site to submit your serial number(s), just select the ‘Submit Serial Number’ option from the home page of this website. You will need your unique 9-digit id that will be included in the serial number reminder notice you will receive.

How long does it take to process my rebate?

Please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of your rebate after mailing or submitting your request online.

I forgot to mail my request and the last eligible postmark date has passed. What do I do now?

Requests mailed after the last eligible postmark date will not be honored. Our rebate offers have specific requirements that must be met in order to be eligible.

What is the status of my submission?

You can check the status of your submission at any time within the ‘Check Rebate Status’ section of this website.

Why didn’t I find my rebate status?

It may be that your submission is still being processed. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to view your rebate when you submit online and up to 4 weeks when you submit through the mail.
